These Terms govern your access to and use of Global Trip Compare. By visiting or using the site you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

Our platform is a search and comparison service; we do not act as the seller of travel services. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to form a binding agreement with us.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on the site; continued use after changes indicates your acceptance.

2. Use License & Restrictions

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the site for personal, lawful, non-commercial purposes only.

Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:

  • Using automated tools (bots, scrapers, crawlers) to harvest data.
  • Interfering with site operation, attempting to penetrate security, or reverse-engineering our systems.
  • Uploading or transmitting unlawful, abusive, or infringing content.

We respect intellectual property and expect the same from users. Violations may result in suspension or termination of access and where appropriate, legal action.

3. Booking & Search Policies

Global Trip Compare aggregates offers from third-party travel providers to help you compare options. We do not issue tickets or confirmations — bookings are completed on the provider's platform and subject to their terms and policies.

  • Search results reflect partner data; prices and availability can change rapidly.
  • Always verify fare rules, baggage policies, and any provider-specific conditions before booking.
  • We are not responsible for errors or omissions in partner listings.

If you encounter incorrect information, please contact the provider directly and notify our support team so we can investigate.

4. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds

Payments for bookings are handled by the travel provider or the provider's authorized payment processor. We do not directly process or retain full payment card data.

  • Provider pricing may exclude taxes, fees, or service charges; these will be shown during checkout.
  • Cancellation, change, and refund policies are determined by the provider and vary by fare/class.
  • If a refund is due, the provider will process it and timing depends on their policies and your card issuer.

For payment issues (failed charges, refunds, or discrepancies) contact the provider that handled your booking. We can provide guidance and the provider's contact details where available.

5. Liability, User Responsibilities & Disputes

Global Trip Compare is provided "as is" and we do not warrant the performance or availability of third-party services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and limit our liability as set out below.

  • We are not liable for losses caused by providers, including delays, cancellations, or service failures.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate booking and traveler information; mistakes may not be reversible by providers.
  • Where permissible, our liability for direct damages is limited to the greater of $100 or the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim.

For disputes, contact support@globaltripcompare.com with details; we'll attempt informal resolution. If unresolved, applicable dispute resolution terms in these Terms will apply.
